Wasurenrannee Yo Joins THE FIRST TAKE With I Love Iu
The booking ties THE FIRST TAKE to a song whose reach grew through the Futsuu no Keionbu concert arc and the 11th-volume collaboration PV, not through a fresh single.

THE FIRST TAKE announced its 714th episode, with the rock band Wasurenrannee Yo making its appearance on the channel. The band will perform I Love Iu, a 2022 song that drew attention when Futsuu no Keionbu characters Hatochi and others sang it in episode 96, the joint live concert arc. The video premieres October 9 at 22:00. The band formed in 2008 and its only current member is vocalist and guitarist Takahiro Shibata.
The song dates to 2022, but its second life came from the page. Hatochi (voiced by Chihiro Hatono) sang I Love Iu in episode 96 of Futsuu no Keionbu, the joint live concert arc of the Shonen Jump+ series, and a collaboration PV marked the manga's 11th volume. Volume 12 carried a comment from Wasurenrannee Yo: the band wanted to do this here.
The performance uses a band lineup joined by supporting musicians. Wasurenrannee Yo formed in 2008 and its current sole member is vocalist and guitarist Takahiro Shibata.
