Why it matters
The collector's box for Grand Theft Auto VI is being handled in Japan not by the game's publisher but by Capcom, whose e-Capcom store is the only listed seller.

- The collector's box is themed on Macca the Gator, a television program within the game's Leonida setting.
- Capcom lists the collector's box as an adult product for ages 18 and up, not a toy, because it contains small parts and sharp edges.
The box is priced at 99,980 yen including tax and has a release date of November 19, 2026, which is also the release date of Grand Theft Auto VI itself. The set holds 11 items themed on Macca the Gator, a popular television program inside the game's Leonida setting. Among the contents are a Macca figure with a base that twists open to hide valuables, matte black Oakley Frogskins sunglasses with Prizm Sapphire lenses and a pink GTAVI logo, and a New Era 9FORTY A-Frame snapback hat with Vice City Leonida detailing. The main game is sold separately, and the box is offered in limited quantities.
The set goes beyond the three headline items. Also in the 11-piece lineup are a ripstop Leonida Keys crossbody bag with black-and-pink patterned lining and custom embossed YKK zipper hardware, and a shot glass laser-engraved with Manatee Chunky on the front and the Rockstar Games logo on the bottom.
Smaller pieces round out the box: a metallic razor-shaped Vice City keychain embossed with the GTAVI and Vice City logos, a decorative Vice City Collection bar spoon with an embossed enamel logo and the Rockstar Games logo at the tip, and a set of 9 enamel pins packed in a custom metal tin. There is also an electroplated pink glass magnetic mirror that can be used as a tray or hung as artwork, a bag of 9 vinyl stickers with slits on the back, and a double-sided souvenir poster with a Leonida terrain map on the front and an illustration on the back.
The product carries an adult warning: it is meant for ages 18 and up, not for children under 3, and is not a toy because it contains small parts and sharp points and edges. The listing also states that a separate code-in-box version of Grand Theft Auto VI has a delivery date of November 12, 2026, with play starting November 19, 2026.
