LEGO Star Wars/The Mandalorian Special Is Streaming Only On Disney+
The 49-minute animated special LEGO Star Wars/The Mandalorian has been available for unlimited streaming only on Disney+ since September 2, 2026, per Anime Anime.

Why it matters
With one 49-minute special carrying a single subscription window and being absent from DMM TV, U-NEXT, Amazon Prime Video, Netflix, d Anime Store, Hulu, Lemino, FOD, ABEMA, TELASA, and TSUTAYA DISCAS, Disney+ is the sole route to the title, and the article frames that as the case for subscribing.
Lucasfilm and the LEGO Group produced the special, which retells all three seasons of the live-action The Mandalorian with LEGO humor. Streaming availability across major Japanese services was checked as of September 2026. Disney+ is the only service confirmed to offer it for unlimited streaming, rental, or purchase.
The special runs 49 minutes and compresses all three seasons of the live-action Mandalorian into one LEGO retelling, produced by Lucasfilm and the LEGO Group. Disney+ carries it in Japan at 1,250 yen per month on the Standard Plan, or 12,500 yen annually, with no free trial period. The article's recommendation rests on that single line: Star Wars live-action dramas and animated series sit inside the same monthly fee, so viewers can move between the LEGO version and the main story without a second subscription.
