New Fairy Princess Minky Momo OVA Delayed From November 13
A delay with no replacement date leaves the franchise's first new OVA since 1994 without a release slot, and the committee is holding advance ticket sales open rather than refunding them.

The production committee for Mahou no Princess Minky Momo Akogare no Yume e Magokoro no Duo announced on Wednesday that the new OVA is delayed due to production issues. It had been set to open in theaters in Japan on November 13. Advance tickets remain valid for the eventual date, and the committee will post the new opening date on the anime's official website and social media.
The committee gave production issues as the reason and did not name a new date, saying it will post one on the anime's official website and social media accounts when it is decided. Tickets already sold for the November 13 screenings stay valid for whatever date replaces them.
Ayumu Watanabe directs at Ashi Production, with Hiroshi Watanabe and Mari Tominaga on character design and Deko Akao writing the script. Kurumi Haruki voices Minky Momo, with Fukushi Ochiai, Natsumi Fujiwara, and Rie Kugimiya as the king's three companions. MOVIC and Giggly Box are distributing.
