The announcement confirms the date and the art but not the skins, leaving the roster reveal itself for Blizzard to make later.

The official Overwatch and Stellar Blade accounts announced a collaboration called "EVE Protocol" for November 4, 2026, and shared key art. The art features Eve alongside Lily, Raven, Taki, and Adam, and skin assignments are being guessed rather than confirmed: Taki as Vendetta, Lily as D.Va, Adam as Soldier: 76. Overwatch crossovers generally arrive as skins only, so the Stellar Blade cast is not joining the roster.
Both accounts posted the same key art, which shows Eve plus Lily, Raven, Taki, and Adam. Nothing in either post lists which hero wears which skin.
Overwatch crossovers have generally arrived as skins rather than new playable characters, so the Stellar Blade cast is not joining the roster. Stellar Blade comes from SHIFT UP, the studio also known for Goddess of Victory: NIKKE, where Eve, Lily, and Raven appeared in an earlier collaboration.
