Why it matters
The update stacks the quest with a Mission Pass tier track, Title and limited-time Tasks that pay out tickets, and a log-in campaign, which is how NGS keeps players cycling through a two-week window.
The quest runs from after maintenance on September 16 until maintenance on September 30. Mission Pass Vol. 60, a Silver Week login bonus, and the Big Bang Scratch Fever Sep'26 also arrive.
SEGA's update went live the same day as the announcement. The quest takes place in Oltarelum's Central Frozen Soil Area, where terrain and gimmicks are meant to be used against approaching enemies. High Zo Marmoth is the new enemy on the field. Title Tasks and limited-time Tasks were added alongside the quest, and clearing them yields Titles and Big Bang Scratch Fever Sep'26 Tickets. Meseta Boost does not apply to Ice Phantom Sweep Battle.
