PSO2 New Genesis Ver.2 Adds Limited-Time Sweep Quest
The update is a one-week quest window paired with two longer AC Scratch runs, so the content cadence for NGS this month leans on gacha turnover rather than persistent quests.

Sega pushed an update to PSO2 New Genesis ver.2 on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, adding the quest "Simulated Exercise: Large Enemy Sweep Battle '26." It runs until the start of maintenance on Wednesday, October 7 and takes up to 8 players through the outer edges of Stia against giant mutated enemies. Title Tasks, limited-time Tasks, and two revival AC Scratches also went live.
The quest opens at the end of maintenance on September 30 and closes at the start of maintenance on October 7. It supports up to 8 players and takes place in the outer edges of Stia, where the objective is fighting giant mutated enemies. A teleporter partway through moves the group to an athletic area, and clearing that section unlocks a gimmick that gives combat an advantage. Meseta Boost does not apply to this quest.
Title Tasks and limited-time Tasks were added alongside it, with "Big Bang Scratcher Fever Sep'26 Tickets" among the rewards.
