Sega Teases VIRTUA FIGHTER CROSSROADS Reveal for October 30
Sega's official VIRTUA FIGHTER CROSSROADS X account posted an image of a woman in a dress and a partially visible blond figure, with the text "10/30 0:00 (JST)."
Reporting from 1 source: Game Spark.
Why it matters
Sega is using a midnight teaser rather than a full trailer to hold attention on a fighter that still has no platforms or release window beyond 2027.
The overseas account added a prompt to follow the official VIRTUA FIGHTER YouTube channel and turn on notifications. The game is in development with a target release in 2027. Platforms and other details are not announced.
The overseas account's message points viewers to the VIRTUA FIGHTER YouTube channel, which suggests the October 30 post will be video rather than text or a still image. Who the cropped blond figure is remains open. Blond characters have appeared in earlier Virtua Fighter entries, and the post does not say whether the reveal is a returning fighter or a new one. Sega has not announced supported platforms or other details for the game, which is in development with a target release in 2027.
