Yukino Sonoyama's manga Bless is getting a live-action drama series that will stream worldwide on Amazon Prime Video in spring 2027. Naniwa Danshi idol group member Ryusei Onishi stars as Aia Udagawa, a former model who wants to become a makeup artist. Onishi prepared for the role by visiting SABFA, a hair and makeup school run by Shiseido, to learn professional techniques and mannerisms before filming began. The production has full cooperation from Shiseido, with top hair and makeup artist Ikuko Shindo serving as makeup supervisor. Izuru Kumasaka and Maki Tomita are directing, while Satoko Okazaki and Ichiro Kusuno are writing the scripts. Amazon MGM Studios is presenting the project, and C & I Entertainment is producing. The manga, which debuted in 2022, now runs in Monthly Shonen Sirius. Kodansha will publish the ninth volume on October 8, and the series has more than 1.25 million copies in circulation. A-1 Pictures announced in March that it is producing a 2027 television anime adaptation of the same manga.

KADOKAWA announced on August 20, 2026 that the PC version of the new KonoSuba game, KonoSuba: God's Blessing on This Wonderful World! - Prosperity in This Beloved City! (abbreviated Machisuba), will be distributed on DMM GAMES. The game is a smartphone and PC title based on the KonoSuba anime and original light novel, retaining the series' worldview and characters while offering an original story. Natsume Akatsuki, the original author, supervises production, and Kurone Mishima, the original illustrator, provides production cooperation. The genre is described as an "another world trouble life RPG." The smartphone version is available for pre-registration on the App Store and Google Play, with a 2026 release planned. To mark the platform decision, a special stage program, "Machisuba Special Stage in TGS2026," will be held at the DMM GAMES booth at Tokyo Game Show 2026 on September 20, starting at 15:00. The stage will feature Jun Fukushima, the voice actor for protagonist Kazuma, and KADOKAWA game producer Taiki Fujii, who will share the latest information and highlights. A preview event for Mushoku Tensei III: Eris Training Arc was held in Tokyo on June 20. Voice actors Aimi Kuma and Haruka Tomatsu appeared on stage. The event announced Yoko Hikasa as Isolte Cruel, Katsuyuki Konishi as Aubert Corbett, and Mari Yokoo as Reida Reia. Hikasa surprised Kuma with a bouquet of red roses. Kuma described the three main characters as rock, paper, and scissors.

The TV anime "Mushoku Tensei III: Isekai Ittara Honki Dasu" released a new promotional video on June 4 that uses footage from the main story. The video reveals the ending theme "Inori, Owareba" performed by Mika Nakashima, with lyrics and composition by Shinoda of the rock band Hitorie. Shinoda previously handled the opening theme for the second cour of Season 2. The PV shows Rudeus accepting the loss of his father Paul while spending peaceful moments with his wives Sylphiette and Roxy, his mother Zenith, and his family. It also includes a scene of Rudeus and Roxy summoning lightning. The third season begins airing on July 5 on TOKYO MX, BS11, and other channels. It starts from volume 13 of the original novel and will depict the "Eris Training Arc." Nakashima said she is honored to sing the ending theme and described the song as a new kind for her. Shinoda said he wrote a straightforward love song for Nakashima and that hearing her voice on the track was an exciting first for him.

The anime adaptation of KonoSuba: God's Blessing on this Wonderful World! has been officially announced for a fourth season, now in production. The announcement was made on January 13, 2026, by the series' official Twitter account, coinciding with the 10th anniversary of the anime. The series follows Kazuma Satō, who is reincarnated into a fantasy world after his death and chooses the goddess Aqua as his companion, only to find her largely useless. He is joined by the masochistic crusader Darkness and explosion-obsessed mage Megumin. The third season aired in 2024, and the wait for the fourth season has been shorter than the gap between the second and third seasons. A premiere date for the new season has not yet been announced.

The official key visual for Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation Season 3 was released on May 19, 2026. The image shows Rudeus, Sylphiette, Roxy, and Shizuka Nanahoshi alongside the Armored Dragon King Perugius Dola, described as a key character in the upcoming season, and a demonic-looking female figure. Season 3 will begin airing on July 5 at 24:00 JST (effectively July 6 at 00:00 JST) and will adapt content starting from Volume 14 of the light novel series, in which Rudeus and his group visit Perugius's floating fortress. Ryosuke Shibuya returns as director at Studio Bind, with Sanae Shimada and Ryota Furukawa handling character design. Yuiko Ohara performs the opening theme "Ketsui no Uta." New cast additions include Haruka Tomatsu as Nina Farion and Tetsu Inada as Gal Farion. Crunchyroll will stream the series. The previous promotional material, a trailer shown at AnimeJapan 2026, highlighted Eris Boreas Greyrat and her experiences away from Rudeus.
