A live demo of Total War: Warhammer 40,000 was held at the Sega booth during Summer Game Fest: Play Days 2026. The game fuses the Total War system with the Warhammer 40,000 setting. Four factions are confirmed at launch: Space Marines, Orks, Aeldari, and Astra Militarum. Registration for the PC closed beta test opened on June 8, 2026.
