The Detective PreCure! movie, opening September 18, gets a bathhouse collaboration with the Gokurakuyu and RAKU SPA chain from October 1 to 20 at 16 stores. The event includes newly drawn goods, 11 character-themed menu items, five collab baths, a quiz with a clear card prize, and a character greeting at RAKU SPA Tsurumi on October 17.

The staff for Star Detective Precure!, the 23rd main Precure anime, revealed Sunday a new ending theme song and character visuals. The theme, "Itsuka Wakaru ☆ Kitto Aeru," is performed by Akane Kumada and Yūka Masui. The staff also unveiled visuals for new Star Kiraring forms of Cure Answer, Cure Mystic, Cure Eclair, and Cure Arcana, plus a Future Form visual for Cure Answer in the upcoming film.

Akari Kito voices Karin, a 14-year-old girl who holds the key to the story. Nobunaga Shimazaki voices Alan, a fairy who watches over Karin, and Koki Uchiyama voices Rain, a fairy who requests the Detective Precures' help. The film opens in Japan on September 18.
Toei Animation Museum Channel will premiere past PreCure works for two consecutive weeks starting August 9. Each week offers a free double feature: the Suite PreCure film with the first episode of You and Idol PreCure♪, then the Maho Girls PreCure! film with the first episode of Wonderful PreCure!. Archives stay up one week.
Video Research released Japanese animation TV rankings for July 13-19, 2026. Sazae-san topped the list with a 5.9% household rating in the Kanto region. Detective Conan and Chibi Maruko-chan followed at 4.6% and 4.2% respectively. A Kingdom special earned 7.0% but was not part of the regular animation chart.

The Star Detective Precure! anime is running a fan poll to guess Cure Eclair's secret identity before her July 19 reveal. Four candidates appear in episodes from June 14 to July 12. Voting is open online and at physical locations in Japan.

Detective Conan and Star Detective Precure! will air crossover episodes in late May and early June. The Star Detective Precure! episode featuring characters from Detective Conan airs on May 31. In that episode, an art piece is stolen, and protagonists Anna and Mikuru encounter Conan Edogawa, Ran Mouri, and Kogoro Mouri while they visit Makoto Mirai Town. The group tracks down the Phantom Thieves together. The Detective Conan episode featuring Cure Answer airs on June 6. In that episode, a string of jewel robberies occurs in Beika Town. Ayumi becomes excited because the situation reminds her of a Precure plot, and she hopes to meet a Precure if the thieves appear. The Junior Detective League is assigned to guard a jewelry store that is rumored to be the thieves' next target. They capture the thieves, but Ayumi then feels uneasy. The crossover was announced on Sunday. This is the first time these two series have crossed over on screen.
