Cover announced that 'hololive Dreams' will launch on July 23 for Android, iOS, and PC via Steam. The free-to-play rhythm RPG will offer monthly memberships for each hololive member at 290 yen, providing cosmetic rewards. A create-beatmap feature will include beatmaps made by members themselves. Dreams has released the second series of HIPPERS Monchhichi decorative figurines, the COLORS:Wink Series. Pre-orders are open at the Dreams online shop, with general release on July 24, 2026. The blind box set includes 8 types (6 regular + 2 secret) at 1,430 yen each. Monchhichi, created by Sekiguchi in 1974, has sold over 70 million units worldwide.

Cover Corporation announced on July 10, 2026, that the after-screening of the hololive Production all-members live event "hololive 7th fes. Ridin' on Dreams," originally held in March 2026, will be shown at theaters across Japan over four days. The screenings are scheduled for August 29 and 30, and September 5 and 6, 2026, with each day dedicated to one of the event's four stages. Tickets are priced at 4,500 yen for a regular ticket and 5,200 yen for a ticket including a set of silver tape and confetti stickers. A lottery system via Lawson Ticket runs in two rounds, starting July 10, followed by general and theater sales. Each screening will include an exclusive comment video from two talents: for Stage 1, Tsunomaki Watame and FUWAMOCO; Stage 2, Shishiro Botan and Elizabeth Rose Bloodflame; Stage 3, Kikirara Vivi and Pavolia Reine; Stage 4, Todoroki Hajime and Kaela Kovalskia. Attendees may use penlights and cheer vocally, but recording and photography are prohibited. All visitors receive a clear postcard featuring the event's key visual. Original goods will also be sold at the theaters.

Cover Corporation and QualiArts have announced the worldwide release of Hololive Dreams, the first official smartphone game for the Hololive VTuber group, on July 23, 2026. The game is a rhythm & RPG set in a theme park where players build facilities for over 50 Hololive talents. It includes a rhythm game with over 150 songs at launch, including solo, unit, and cover tracks, as well as an original story and a create-beatmap function. A Steam version is also planned, with a wishlist now available. The game is free-to-play with in-app purchases. The release date was revealed during a special YouTube program on July 3. Pre-registrations have already exceeded 1.3 million, triggering milestone rewards such as gacha tickets and cosmetic items. A special event themed around the game is scheduled for October 2026 to celebrate Hololive's 9th anniversary.

The team, two engineers with no art background, focused on gameplay and used a free demo as a primary marketing tool, updating it roughly 70 times over 2 years and 9 months. Data collection tools were built in to track player behavior, leading to key changes like adding WASD controls after a focus group test showed demand, and nerfing early enemy attacks that caused 45-50% death rates in the first stages.

CyberAgent began sales of 'hololive Dreams Snack vol.3 Savory Salt Flavor' on June 16. The snack packs randomly include one of 20 game-original illustration stickers featuring talents from the smartphone game 'hololive Dreams.' It is sold at FamilyMart, Animate, and online, with a giveaway campaign for a complete sticker set.

Publisher Secret Mode and developer Odd Dreams Digital announced that the chimera evolution roguelite Everything Is Crab has sold 500,000 copies approximately one month after its May 8 release on PC via Steam and Epic Games Store. The game previously sold over 200,000 copies in its first three days. The developer shared a message of gratitude and is preparing a large-scale update for the end of June.

Sony Interactive Entertainment announced a new lineup for the PlayStation Plus Classics Catalog during the June 3 State of Play broadcast. The rhythm action game Gitaroo Man, originally released for the PS2 in 2001 and known for character designs by illustrator 326, will join the catalog in June. July will bring the third-person shooter Psi-Ops: Psychic Operation (also referred to as Psi-Ops: The Mind Gate Conspiracy) and Syphon Filter: Dark Mirror, according to different sources. August will see the addition of New Onimusha: Dawn of Dreams, the fourth entry in the Onimusha series starring Hideyasu Yuki. The open-world survival game RuneScape: DragonWilds is also scheduled for a day-one release in the Game Catalog in fall 2026. All Classics Catalog titles were originally released for the PlayStation 2.

CyberAgent is releasing a snack product tied to hololive's first smartphone game, hololive Dreams. The snack comes in three volumes, each containing original stickers of the talents in their live costumes. Over 50 hololive talents are featured across the three volumes. The snacks go on sale starting June 2.

Cover Corp and QualiArts announced that pre-registrations for the first official hololive smartphone game, hololive Dreams, have passed 1 million. Milestone rewards include dot sunglasses for all 54 talents. A second area, Megasphere, themed around games and casinos, will launch alongside the previously announced Harmony Garden. Additional pre-registration rewards and a JR Tokai collaboration were also revealed.
