Masaaki Yuasa Named Guest Curator for TIFF Animation Program Drawn Universes

Masaaki Yuasa has been appointed guest curator for the Toronto International Film Festival's new animation special program "Drawn Universes: Visions in Animation," running from November to December this year. The program builds on the festival's "Animate" series and follows the 2023 "Pop Japan!" showcase. Yuasa, known for "Mind Game" and the upcoming "The Life of Chrysanthemum," will select the lineup.
