Ryusei Yokohama leads LOST10, a TBS Friday drama that starts October 16, 2026 at 10 PM. The show is set in Hokkaido and follows the Shikaradake Incident, a mountaineering accident on a trekking tour. Shun Oguri plays a freelance insurance investigator, and Anne Nakamura plays a stranded participant. The cast also includes Marie Iitoyo, Satoru Iguchi, Kenji Iwatani, Kohei Matsushita, Mikako Ichikawa, and Kayo Noro.
Throughout September, TBS announced the supporting cast in stages. On September 4, Yuki Saito and Kenji Iwaya joined, with Saito as Harune, a family member of a missing tour participant, and Iwaya as Awashima, a police chief and the boss of Yokohama's detective. At that point eight of ten cast slots were public, and the final two were set for a September 11 reveal. On September 18, nine more cast members and a character relationship chart were announced, including Yu Yoshizawa as Endo, a Hokkaido Police instructor who becomes Komaru's superior, and Mirai Yamamoto as Masu Tomo, a section manager at an insurance company tied to Oguri's character Nao.
The September 18 announcement also confirmed streaming. U-NEXT and Netflix will carry the series in Japan, and Netflix plans worldwide distribution. The staggered casting reveals and the character chart position the police investigators and tour participants relative to the leads before the Shikaradake Incident storyline begins.
