Azur Promilia Domestic CBT Announced, Recruitment Opens June 1

Yostar announced on May 28 that it will hold a closed beta test for Azur Promilia in Japan, the first domestic CBT for the upcoming fantasy RPG. The game is being developed by Manjuu Games, the studio behind Azur Lane, and will be co-published by Yostar and Manjuu in Japan. Participant recruitment for the CBT begins June 1. The test will be available on Windows PC and Android devices. The CBT aims to verify game systems, balance, and server load, with feedback used to improve quality ahead of the official launch. Azur Promilia is set on the continent of Promilia, where players descend as prophesied star visitors and journey with companions called star spirits. The game features fantastical creatures named Kibo that players can befriend, cooperate with to manage farms, and fight alongside against threats. It is described as a fantasy world RPG with beautiful 3D graphics and many female characters. The release date for the full game, planned for PC, iOS, and Android, has not been announced. Pre-registration is open on the official website. Previous CBTs for Azur Promilia were held in China and South Korea; this is the first in Japan.
