Bandai Namco Filmworks released the second main promotional video for the Tank Chair anime and confirmed Megumi Ogata as the voice of Sensei, described as the founder of the Academy. Ogata will appear at an advanced screening at Ikebukuro HUMAX Cinemas on September 24. The series premieres October 4 on Tokyo MX, then BS11, CBC, and MBS, with Kodansha USA Publishing handling the license.
