Villion:Code Heads West On January 26 For Switch 2, PS5, PS4 And PC
The Western release keeps every platform from the Japanese launch and adds physical PS5 copies in two regions, so the port is positioned as a full multi-platform rollout rather than a digital-only afterthought.

Idea Factory International will release Compile Heart's school RPG Villion:Code in the West on January 26, 2027, for Nintendo Switch 2, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and PC via Steam. A Digital Deluxe Edition adds a digital art book and soundtrack. Physical editions come to PS5 in North America and Europe, and to Switch and PS4 in North America. The game launched in Japan on June 25.
The Western version arrives roughly seven months after the Japanese launch on June 25. Idea Factory International is handling the release, with Compile Heart as developer.
The physical run is uneven by platform. PS5 gets boxes in North America and Europe, while Switch and PS4 physical editions are listed for North America only. A Digital Deluxe Edition bundles a digital art book and soundtrack for buyers who skip the box.
The setting is a near-future academy city built to solve humanity's approaching destruction. An anomaly spawns creatures called GEM and seals the city inside a bubble, cutting off contact and travel.
