F2P finishes with five volumes while the Restart arc anime is still airing, which leaves the television adaptation carrying the franchise's new material.

The Magical Girl Raising Project F2P spinoff manga will end with its fifth compiled volume on November 5, the Kono Manga ga Sugoi! guidebook's X account announced Sunday. Ryota Yuzuki's series follows Alma and Supinon, researchers in the land of magic, who travel to F City to find a magical girl said to cancel death. It launched on Kono Manga ga Sugoi! Web in August 2016, went on hiatus in October 2017, and resumed in February.
F2P is one branch of a series that has been in print since June 2012, when Asari Endo launched the original light novels through Takarajimasha's Kono Light Novel ga Sugoi! Bunko imprint. The 19th volume appeared in October 2023, and Yen Press has published the novels in English since June 2017.
The spinoff got a stage play in February 2025. The Restart arc's television adaptation began airing on October 5, with OceanVeil streaming as it airs in Japan.
