Houbunsha launched a new manga website called Manga Time Square on May 15, 2026. The site provides free public access to works serialized in the publisher's Manga Time magazines.

Takara Shimai Manga Ends, Gets English Release as Jackpot Sisters
Haru Hisakawa's manga Takara Shimai concluded its serialization in Square Enix's Young Gangan magazine on Friday, with the 11th issue of 2026 publishing the final chapter. The same week, Manga UP! Global added the series to its English-language service under the title Jackpot Sisters. The manga follows sisters Niina and Mana, who win a 300-million-yen lottery jackpot and navigate their new fortune. Hisakawa launched the series in January 2025. Two volumes have been released in Japan, and the third and final volume is scheduled for July 24. Hisakawa previously created Cat Massage Therapy, which Seven Seas Entertainment published in English.
