Project Sekai: Colorful Stage! feat. Hatsune Miku entered its 6th anniversary in July 2026 with a campaign that invites fans to submit illustrations for a collaboration music video scheduled for fall 2026. Selected works will appear in the video, and participants can receive a free three-month CLIP STUDIO PAINT PRO license. The campaign runs from July 1 to August 31.
In the weeks leading up to the anniversary, the game added several new songs and music videos. On June 28, the full-size 2DMV of "All-in-One" (Sekai ver.) was released on the official YouTube channel, sung by Kagamine Len and Wonderlands x Showtime. Earlier additions include "Eien Hanahadashii" on June 12, with a 3DMV and two vocal versions, and "Raspberry*Monster" on June 5, also with a 3DMV. 40mP's new song "Dreamers Beat" was added on May 29, performed by Kagamine Rin, Kagamine Len, and four human characters.
The game also ran a collaboration with the Deemo and Cytus series from June 21 to July 3, featuring a login campaign, premium gacha, stamp mission, and the song "SAIRAI" by Shinichi Kobayashi. A birthday event for Kamishiro Rui ran from June 21 to June 26, with limited items and gacha banners. Outside the game, Vocaloid producer Miyamori Bungaku and DYES IWASAKI temporarily made their song "Jigi" private after listeners pointed out similarities to another track, but this incident is not directly tied to Project Sekai's content.
