Jagex and Graph announced that RuneScape: Dragonwilds will launch on September 15, 2026, for PC, Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S, with Xbox Game Pass support from day one. The open-world survival craft game, a spin-off of the long-running MMORPG, has sold over one million copies in Steam Early Access.

Jagex announced during the Summer Game Fest 2026 showcase on June 6 that the open-world survival action game RuneScape: Dragonwilds will officially launch on September 15, 2026. The title, a spin-off of the long-running MMORPG RuneScape, has been in early access on PC via Steam since April 2025. It is set on the forgotten continent Ashenfall, where up to four players can cooperate in survival crafting and combat against fantasy monsters including a dragon queen. The full release will also arrive on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S. According to Game Spark, the early access version has been popular, ranking second on Steam sales and peaking at over 41,000 concurrent players on its first day. A new trailer shown at the event depicts sword-and-magic battles against large creatures.
