Hamster Corporation will release Console Archives Little Princess: Maru Oukoku no Ningyou Hime 2 for Nintendo Switch 2 and PlayStation 5 on August 20, 2026. Good Smile Company is re-releasing the MODEROID plastic model of Mazinger ZERO from 'Shin Mazinger ZERO vs Ankoku Daishogun' in January 2027. It uses molded colors, pre-painted parts, and stickers to reproduce the color scheme without painting. Toplitz Productions announced the third anniversary update for Sengoku Dynasty, the open-world survival sim from Superkami. Crunchyroll will begin streaming English dubs for three anime sequels on Sunday: Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation III, the third season of The 100 Girlfriends Who Really, Really, Really, Really, Really Love You, and the second season of You and I Are Polar Opposites. The service announced the full English dub casts and production staff for each season.
New Roxy-themed merchandise for Mushoku Tensei III has been announced, including a notebook-style smartphone case, a pass case, and a reel key holder. The items will be available first at the COSPA booth during Wonder Festival 2026 Summer on July 26, followed by a general release in October 2026. The series, based on a light novel with 18 million copies in print, is currently airing its third season.
The Marugame Genichiro-Inokuma Museum of Contemporary Art has released two limited edition 'PENON Touch Me! Art Magnets' as original merchandise for the special exhibition 'Ueno Station and Genichiro Inokuma's Freedom.' The magnets, priced at 880 yen each, are based on the large mural 'Freedom' by Genichiro Inokuma, displayed at Ueno Station since 1951. They are sold exclusively at the museum shop and its official online store. The museum is currently closed for renovations until March 2027, so sales are only online.
Visual Arts announced a new brand, VISUAL ARTS Scripts, and its first title, Sayagatari -Yōtō no Yakusoku-, a visual novel where players fight monsters and receive kisses from a heroine who seals cursed swords. The game launches September 25 on PC, with a Steam version in development. Tomori Kusunoki voices the lead heroine. The download version is priced at 990 yen as a special launch price.
Virtual singer Neko The Sappiness released her sixth digital single 'yakusoku o'clock' and its music video on July 15. The TV anime Mushoku Tensei III has released synopsis and preview cuts for Episode 4, titled "Water King-Class Mage." The episode follows Rudeus Greyrat as he continues his research driven by the resolve "I don't want to lose anyone anymore." After obtaining a new prosthetic left hand called the Zarif's Prosthetic with the help of Zanoba and Cliff, Rudeus faces the possibility that danger may again threaten his family. He decides to ask his wife Roxy Migurdia to teach him Water King-class magic, the highest tier of water magic. The preview cuts show Sylphy with a sulky expression, Roxy looking back, and Aisha covering her mouth. Mushoku Tensei III began airing on July 4, 2026, with episodes 1 and 2 as a one-hour special. The series airs every Saturday at 24:00 on TOKYO MX, BS11, and other stations, with simultaneous streaming on ABEMA and d Anime Store. Season 3 adapts from Volume 13 of the original light novel by Rifujin na Magonote, which has sold over 18 million copies cumulatively. The anime adaptation marks its 5th anniversary in 2026.
