P Maru-sama will appear on NHK's Minna no Uta for the first time with "Zettai Seiten!!," airing October through November. She co-wrote the lyrics with producer Ryota Saito, her first attempt at writing lyrics. NOVECHIKA and Taishi Noguchi composed the track, and Kasuki Kato of Shirogumi handled the animation. Three other new songs join the same broadcast window.
TM NETWORK will appear on NHK General's SONGS on September 3, their first appearance on the program and their first music program appearance in 12 years. They will perform 'BEYOND THE TIME (Mobius no Uchuu wo Koete)', the theme song of Char's Counterattack and an insert song in episode 11 of Gundam GQuuuuuuX, along with 'Get Wild Continual' and the new track 'Superposition'. The episode also covers the story behind 'Get Wild' and includes a message from actor Ryohei Suzuki.
The school gourmet comedy drama Oishii Kyushoku season 4 announced six new cast members on August 27. Issei Hashimoto plays Ren Toma, the transfer student who becomes Amita's rival in the Okinawa-set season. Hiroki Kawata, Shogen, Tomohito Yashima, and Ryosei Tayama join the cast, while Maiko Ito reprises her role as lunch lady Fumie Makino. Hayato Ichihara stars as Yukio Amita.
