Kasukabe Tsumugi Desktop Mate DLC Launches June 4
Infinite Loop announced on May 28 that a new DLC for its desktop mascot platform Desktop Mate will launch June 4 on Steam. The Kasukabe Tsumugi DLC costs 2,200 yen and adds the hyper Saitama gal character to the software. Kasukabe Tsumugi is a synthetic voice character created by virtual Saitama resident Kasukabe Tsukushi. She debuted in 2021 as a speech synthesis character and has since appeared in videos and game streams. The DLC includes character-specific gestures: fixing bangs, taking selfies, showing a gal peace sign when touched, browsing video sites on a smartphone while lying down, and hiding poses that differ between left and right. An alarm function shows her leaning forward energetically. The DLC supports Japanese and English languages. Wishlist registration opened on Steam on the announcement day. Desktop Mate is a platform where 3D characters sit on windows, jump between windows, and interact with the mouse cursor. Infinite Loop describes it as designed not to interfere with work or tasks.
